Saturday May 6th, I have a quick confession to make.
All flashlights have a problem.
Yes even the flashlights I create and sell.
It's a potentially big issue in some situations and...
ALL OF THEM HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.
The problem is:
You need to hold them.
Sounds obvious, but your flashlight hand is temporarily useless in common survival activities, camping objectives, or defensive situations.
If you are ever called upon to save someone at night on a trail, in a lake or river, or even on a dark road you need both hands, and illumination.
You'll also need both hands and illumination to chop and gather fire wood, set up camp, or fight off an animal or attacker.
So enter the everyday headlamp, that makes both hands perfectly free in all situations and keeps things lit at the same time.
The question is why don't you see more people with headlamps instead of flashlights?
The Answer Is Simple...
HEADLAMPS HAVE ISSUES.
The basic common everyday headlamps are just not as bright and the brighter the better...
Most are not as bright as my flashlights.
Even the Headlamps that retail in the mid to upper $100's.
Definitely not as bright as this brand new 2023 model in my opinion...
